Method 1: is just to open your windows “Run” and then type services.msc and then hit enter.

In this popup window, it will show all windows services, here you need to locate the service called VGC and simply right-click on it.

And then go to “Properties” so here you can change this startup type to “Automatic”.

Finally, click to start this service, and also don’t forget to save these changes.
